Fall Tropicals
I know that "fall" and "tropicals" feel like two words that should be at the opposite end of the spectrum when it comes to design. "Fall" conjours feelings of sweater weather, pumpkin spice lattes and coziness while "tropical" makes you think of ocean vibes, bikini weather and laying on the beach. However in the floral hemisphere of the world these two seemingly opposite terms combine to create stunning bouquets. Some of my favorite tropical flowers are cymbidiums, protea, and calla lilies. The color and unique flower shapes is really what attracts me to these blooms. They can come in gorgeous rich jewel tones for a classic fall look or stark washed out antique tones for a more modern autumn palate.

Protea: This incredible focal flower gives a strangely beautiful gothic allien vibe to the bridal bouquet. It comes in a a range of sizes and shapes, from large crown shaped blooms to smaller more cup shaped blossoms. Their color range is a pale almost bleached out white to an antique rose color that gives the perfect accent to more modern muted fall color pallates.
